The oath taking time was fixed at 6.30PM on May 22. Manmohan Singh started oath at 6.33 PM and signed the register at 6.35PM One could have observed the ceremony on TV and could note the time. As such there is no confusion about the timing. Here the important Dosha is Muhurta Devatha and Hora Lord Surya is in Agni Nakshatra .This indicates during his ministry period, there will be misunderstandings between the ministers and try to topple the government but Pushkaramsha Lagna will remove all kind of Doshas in the Muhurta chart.
