I enquired throughly in Chennai but in vain.I was told there are very few in South and can find some one around Tara Peet,Calcutta. I wish to follow Dakhshina Marga. I also hereby take the opportunity to thank my Guruji Shri.Vistiji for guding me throughout without any expectation and heavily indebted to him.I dont have the words to offer my respect and thanks to him.I wish and pray long and happy life to him and his family. Also most major mantra compilations ( Brhat Tantrasara etc) also have sections on Guru lakshanam and sishya lakshanam. All those external things aside, the Guru will come when you are ready. IMHO, it is better not to put too many conditions on how one wants to receive this highest form of divine grace. The sastras say that Guru gives out love and out of pity for the sishya's condition.
