Guest guest
Dear Maja and Sundeep, Greetings. I am adding the points that I learnt from one of Visti ji’s lectures. Retrogression has different effects on malefic and benefic planets. For benefic planets, retrogression period is like “tapasya” and they are happy after such action and act all the more beneficial at the end of retrogression. For malefic planets, retrogression period is like getting tied up from doing malefic activities and it makes them uncomfortable. So, they provide all the more malefic activities at the end of retrogression. I know the above point is not related to the original question. But, what I infer from above point is that debilitation state may not affect Jupiter when he is retrograde. My opinion? My dear Sundeep, I know as much as you do about this principle, not a word more. Though I am not sure about how much it is applicable on Gochar. I don't know (but we will find out soon. If the history repeats, it is definitely not applicable on Gochar Vakri Grahas do show strong desire (in context of previous lives, for example. Remember rahu?), neecha grahas show low level of knowledge, so... Maybe strong desire to overcome ignorance related to this Graha leads eventually to state akin to exaltation. (Now when you " pushed " me to squeeze at least something from my head. Probably it is just akin to exaltation). Also, vakri grahas give the opposite results from expected (I believe there is absolutely nothing new for you in my email). Many have said that a retrograde planet in debilitation is akin to exaltation. What is your opinion (and anyone else who cares to comment) and why (if this is already discussed somewhere, please point me to it)? Surely it cant be exactly the same as Guru in Cancer? Thanks Sundeep > > P.S. Guru is coming back to Makara Rasi (debilitation sign) in two weeks. I guess your emails opened another season of finger pointing on Teachers similar to the one this list was having during Nov/April. > > Warm Regards, > Maja Strbac >
