Koch houses in Vedic Astrology ?

dear all,

namaste.

 

as mentioned in the bhps that a bhava can extend over 2 signs , and also

stressing the important of determing tatkalika sambhanda purely based on house

placements and not signs ,

 

the bhava chakra becomes very essential and also , all yogas and effects must be

seen from the bhava chakra.

 

considering the rising ascendant degree to be the midpoint of the 1st bhava , i

have found out that koch houses method gives very good results and after

applying the sambandha obtained from this bhava chakra with rasi naisargika ,

the compund relationships of planets is very accurate.

 

if normally a rasi would be considered as a house , the tatkalika positions

remain the same as signs and thus , there is not much difference in the

resulting compound relationships.

 

however planets in exaltation , mulatrikona , own house and debiliation are to

be excluded since their explicit results have been mentioned outright.

 

equal house system cannot be used , since a bhava can extend over 2 rasis and

thus , a house cannot be merely confined to 30 degrees.
