Guest guest
Pranams to all Gurujans,A strange incident happened today in the evening at my house...A white pigeon ,pure white completely different from the normal pigeons that we have in india, came and sat in the living room's chair. My mom spotted it and tried to shoo it away but it was not at all perturbed and quite relaxed..It was in our place for at least 20 mins ,didnt ever hushed its wings ,when my mom was trying to shooo him ,since it was already dark ,but the pigoen was quite composed and non challant...Than she called the watchman and yet it didnt fly but the watchman caught him from his limbs and took it outside and freed it...Now we are thinking that since Pitru -Paksha is going on it might be some Pitru's and we are repenting that we didn't offer any offerings to the pigeon...I request the Learned Gurujan's over here to shed there views on this event and what does it signify.Best WishesDeepen Thakkar. Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah Namaste Deepen, I had a curiously similar experience some 16 yrs back. a spotless white pigeon had come into our house one fine morning and refused to go out. we thought it was hurt and needed some safe place to recuperate. we gave it some grains and a little water...and next day morning it flew away. I conceived my second son soon afterwards, after a gap of 6 yrs...so i do consider it a good omen and a blessing from pitris.
