Planets above and below the Horizon. Please clarify

Pranams!

       Planets are said to be above the horizon according to learned astrologers

when they are placed from the 7th to the 12th house and give  good results from

the second half of life , the reverse will be when the planets are placed.below

the horizon when they are placed from 1st to the 6th when the earlier part of

life  will be good. Is it true?

If yes from where it has yo be judged Lagna/ AL / Karkamsa/Paka lagna

/moonlagna etc  Please elaborate.  Thanks

Dear Rafal

For that we have to use astakavarga only and maybe extend it to

birth charts

But where is the method of going like shani from lagna to 12H

.... unless shani was in lagna, but even then there is no such clear dictum for

this except for Äyus like shula daÅ›Ä or such things

In various classics indeed these categorizations exists.

Prasna marga also gives the division of zodiac per four houses, there is also

technique from Ashtakavarga and the third one - relation between Moon and Surya

to define which part of life is the best and worst for the native.

Could you give some more comments about these kind of timings, as that seems

like method which we should see before going even into Naisargika dasas.
