Sanjay Rath ji -possibility of healthy progeny for a couple

I am writing for my sister whose first child born about 7 years ago had serious congenital problems, though she is a wonderful child and is doing better now but the parents are scared for going for a second child. Can you pl help get prediction on whether there is a possibility that the next child will come and if yes would be healthy. They have all sorts of opinions from different astrologers and are a confused lot. Your prediction would mean a final word for them coz they truly value your expertise
