This is considered bad for commencing some new auspicious undertakings and not all.THESE are 'purba kala' good for performing worship and good deeds .Rational is known only to sages who prescribed the dictum.What I FEEL that SUN is Atma and Jupiter is Jiva. This is more popular in North Panchange.
