Predicting likely date of marriage

Dear sirs;

I was wondering whether anyone can predict a date of marriage for me and also

tell me how one can come to this prediction. I would also appreciate it if you

could tell me if it will be a love marriage and what type of man he will be. Is

it possible to tell the physical characteristics of the spouse from a woman's

chart?

I ask because several astrologers have predicted marriage in the past but it has

not come to pass. My date of birth is:

DOB: 05 August 1980

Place of birth: Seremban, Malaysia

Time of birth: 11:34 pm (23:34)

Please kindly note that there was a half hour time change in Malaysia in 1982,

which has not been accounted for by many computerized jyotish programmes. Thus,

I was born 7:30 hours East of GMT and NOT the 8:00 hours East of GMT that many

programmes now calculate.

Therefore, I was born with Mesha lagna and Vrishabha rasi (Rohini nakshatra). I

have also just entered Jupiter Mahadasa this past October. However, I find this

hard to read: The position of Jupiter (Lord of 9th and 12th) in my 5th house of

Leo seems to indicate spiritual pursuits, children, etc. But is this promising

for marriage?

What about the effects of transits? For instance, what would be the effects of

the upcoming gochra of Jupiter in my 11th house of Aquarius after December? I

know this will have a drishti into my 3rd house, containing my 7th Lord Venus;

into my 5th house, containing my natal Jupiter and into the 7th house itself -

but is this enough to indicate marriage? How much do transits effect such things

in general? And I haven't even considered the transit of Rahu and Ketu in

Sagittarius and Gemini respectively...

Any insight on how to balance between natal chart indications and the effects of

transits, as well as dasha changes in order to come to one final predication

(i.e. age of marriage) would be highly appreciated.

U hv just entered Jupiter maha

dasha and earlier u were in rahu maha dasha. Ur sani’s dahiyya also has

got over in sept 09. Due to these reasons ur marriage was getting delayed.

Now ur favourable time period has

started, the only hitch is that ur 7th lord venus is afflicted by

the aspect of sani which may further delay ur marriage.

U need to get sani shanty yagya

done, and also wear a diamond gemstone, this will open the gates of

marriage.

Ur to be hubby will be good

looking, handsome, well educated and also marriage will take u overseas, away

from ur birth country. His family status will be much higher then urs.

Dear Haresh

There is a graha malika yoga from 2nd to 6th house - 6th house

rules brahmacharya which is not good for marriage. This is the main cause for

marriage delays

Shani dhaiyya would delay marriage, at best for about 2 years

from about 2007-09.

Yes she will travel a lot with spouse, perhaps on work related

matters before marriage.

The root remedy is for graha malika yoga and not for shani as

such. How can shani prayers help here? Unless you are considering Shani as the

lord of Upapada as UL is in 10H (meets and marries spouse at work), Love

marriage is also shown very strongly and that she will be deeply in love with

spouse. There is a problem about first UL and the second is the one which seems

to be better. Curse of Vishnu also needs propitiation.

My take on this is to fast on all saturdays and recite the

mantra

*om namo narayanaya* 32 mala on saturday and 7 mala on

other days

use tulasi mala

Then marriage should happen in one years time.

Dear Guru Sanjay ji

Normally love marriage yog is

seen from the association of 5th, 7th & 12th

lord in any natal chart. In her natal chart there is no association either by

aspect or placement or conjunction.

Yes I do agree with ur point on

the grah malika yog, but this yog has given her a comfortable and also good

childhood, here sani is having aspect on the 7th lord and sani

always delays karma related to the bhava lord it aspects or placed. In her case

since 7th lord venus is aspected by sani and sani is very powerful

when it is placed in 6th house and also in a friendâ€™s rashi and in

yuti with mangal. Sani will always carry the effects of mangal as both are

malefic over here.

Even more due to saniâ€™s dahiyya

and sani strongly placed will hv a strong malefic effect. Before 09.09.09 sani

in transit was placed in 5th house, had she got married earlier, her

marriage should have resulted in a divorce as sani was aspecting 7th

house, even exalted saniâ€™s aspect will not stop the naisargic nature of sani

which is separation.

Since sani is the main cause of

delay, I have strongly recommended sani shanty so that she can get married.

Venus is placed in vayu bhav

being lord of vayu bhav, 7th lord in 3rd, hence a strong

yog to settle overseas after marriage. 7th lord is also chal rashi

and placed in dual rashi. Hence she will be on the move after marriage.

Jupiter is the karak of husband

in any womenâ€™s chart, here Jupiter maha dasha has just started, hence this will

not delay marriage much, only saniâ€™s malefic aspect on marriage lord has to be

taken into consideration.

Dear Sirs;

Please accept my thanks for looking at my chart - it is much appreciated. In

order to further my own understanding, could you kindly answer some questions

relating to your comments (if time permits)?

The Curse of Vishnu is mentioned below. What is this? How did it happen and how

can I 'propitiate' it?

The possibility of love marriage is also discussed. What in my chart indicates

love marriage? To be honest, I was very happy to read that I would be deeply in

love with my spouse. But how can this be discerned from the chart? I just hope

this really comes true..

And finally what remedy should I follow: Shani Shanti Yagna or the fast on

Saturday, with the chanting of the Om Namo Narayana mantra? Or both? By chance,

if I did not perform the remedy, will I still get married?

Finally, in relation to the comments on my childhood and travel, here's some

background: I had a mostly good childhood, though not one without problems. I

suffered from fairly serious Asthma as a child. I also moved very often as a

child, culminating with my family migrating to Canada when I was 9. Since then,

I've travelled quite a bit in my adulthood: I moved to India for work, then went

to graduate school in England, lived in continental Europe for a few months and

finally now live in the USA. It seems that travel is already in my life

regardless of marriage! I wonder if it will be even more pronounced after

marriage?

Pranam.

I have few questions on this chart. You have told that 2nd UL is better. 2nd UL falls in Leo and there is Sat-Mars combination in 2nd from it. Where as 2H from 1st UL has rashi aspect of Me, Sun & Rahu and graha aspect of Jup. I think both the ULs are having problem. But is the 1st UL not better? 2nd UL may break due to dangerous Sat-Mars yoga.

And, badhakesh Sat in 6H with lagna lord, AK & 8L Mars. What does it show? Is it a vipareet yoga (badhakesh & 8L in 6H)? Here Sat is DK also 8L is lagna lord & AK also.

What indicates lot of travel with spouse?

I have few questions on this

chart. You have told that 2nd UL is better. 2nd UL falls in Leo and there is

Sat-Mars combination in 2nd from it. Where as 2H from 1st UL has rashi aspect

of Me, Sun & Rahu and graha aspect of Jup. I think both the ULs are having

problem. But is the 1st UL not better? 2nd UL may break due to dangerous

Sat-Mars yoga.

And, badhakesh Sat in 6H with

lagna lord, AK & 8L Mars. What does it show? Is it a vipareet

yoga (badhakesh & 8L in 6H)? Here Sat is DK also 8L is lagna lord & AK

also.

What indicates lot of travel with

spouse?

is the main cause for marriage delays

Shani dhaiyya would delay marriage, at

best for about 2 years from about 2007-09.

Yes she will travel a lot with spouse,

perhaps on work related matters before marriage.

The root remedy is for graha malika yoga

and not for shani as such. How can shani prayers help here? Unless you are

considering Shani as the lord of Upapada as UL is in 10H (meets and marries

spouse at work), Love marriage is also shown very strongly and that she will be

deeply in love with spouse. There is a problem about first UL and the second is

the one which seems to be better. Curse of Vishnu also needs propitiation.

My take on this is to fast on all

saturdays and recite the mantra

*om namo narayanaya* 32 mala on

saturday and 7 mala on other days

use tulasi mala

Then marriage should happen in one years

removes this curse*. The curse has various forms. The specific form will

depend on

(a) the nature of the planets afflicting Mercury

(b) the manner in which this affliction accrues like drsti (aspects)

or yuti (conjunction) or astangata (combustion) or even papakartari

particularly reveals the depth to which the curse functions

(d) other factors like Marana Sthana, Badhaka have to be

considered

In addition this has to be examined in Rashi, Navamsha and

order to further my own understanding, could you kindly answer some questions

relating to your comments (if time permits)?

The Curse of Vishnu is mentioned below. What is this? How did it happen and how

can I 'propitiate' it?

The possibility of love marriage is also discussed. What in my chart indicates

love marriage? To be honest, I was very happy to read that I would be deeply in

love with my spouse. But how can this be discerned from the chart? I just hope

this really comes true..

And finally what remedy should I follow: Shani Shanti Yagna or the fast on

Saturday, with the chanting of the Om Namo Narayana mantra? Or both? By chance,

if I did not perform the remedy, will I still get married?

Finally, in relation to the comments on my childhood and travel, here's some

background: I had a mostly good childhood, though not one without problems. I

suffered from fairly serious Asthma as a child. I also moved very often as a

child, culminating with my family migrating to Canada when I was 9. Since then,

I've travelled quite a bit in my adulthood: I moved to India for work, then

went to graduate school in England, lived in continental Europe for a few

months and finally now live in the USA. It seems that travel is already in my

life regardless of marriage! I wonder if it will be even more pronounced after

marriage?

This is the main cause for marriage delays

Shani dhaiyya would delay marriage, at

best for about 2 years from about 2007-09.

Yes she will travel a lot with spouse,

perhaps on work related matters before marriage.

The root remedy is for graha malika

yoga and not for shani as such. How can shani prayers help here? Unless you

are considering Shani as the lord of Upapada as UL is in 10H (meets and

marries spouse at work), Love marriage is also shown very strongly and that

she will be deeply in love with spouse. There is a problem about first UL and

the second is the one which seems to be better. Curse of Vishnu also needs

propitiation.

My take on this is to fast on all

saturdays and recite the mantra

*om namo narayanaya* 32 mala on

saturday and 7 mala on other days

use tulasi mala

Then marriage should happen in one

years time.

Predicting likely date of marriage

Dear sirs;

I was wondering whether anyone can predict a date of marriage for me and also

tell me how one can come to this prediction. I would also appreciate it if

you could tell me if it will be a love marriage and what type of man he will

be. Is it possible to tell the physical characteristics of the spouse from a

woman's chart?

I ask because several astrologers have predicted marriage in the past but it

has not come to pass. My date of birth is:

DOB: 05 August 1980

Place of birth: Seremban, Malaysia

Time of birth: 11:34 pm (23:34)

Please kindly note that there was a half hour time change in Malaysia in

1982, which has not been accounted for by many computerized jyotish

programmes. Thus, I was born 7:30 hours East of GMT and NOT the 8:00 hours

East of GMT that many programmes now calculate.

Therefore, I was born with Mesha lagna and Vrishabha rasi (Rohini nakshatra).

I have also just entered Jupiter Mahadasa this past October. However, I find

this hard to read: The position of Jupiter (Lord of 9th and 12th) in my 5th

house of Leo seems to indicate spiritual pursuits, children, etc. But is this

promising for marriage?

What about the effects of transits? For instance, what would be the effects

of the upcoming gochra of Jupiter in my 11th house of Aquarius after

December? I know this will have a drishti into my 3rd house, containing my

7th Lord Venus; into my 5th house, containing my natal Jupiter and into the

7th house itself - but is this enough to indicate marriage? How much do

transits effect such things in general? And I haven't even considered the

transit of Rahu and Ketu in Sagittarius and Gemini respectively. ..

Any insight on how to balance between natal chart indications and the effects

of transits, as well as dasha changes in order to come to one final

predication (i.e. age of marriage) would be highly appreciated.
