Please advise me on remedy for delays in life

Namaste, Hare Rama Krsna.

Dear respected members,

I am new to this forum. I have been reading and studying Guruji Sanjay Rath's

book on Vedic remedies. Currently I am having difficulty in a number of areas in

my life. But the most important one for me right now is in delayed marriage. I

have met a wonderful Vaishnava lady and we are wanting to be married, but we

live in different countries (me in America, and her in India) and before we can

marry, she must first sell her house to provide for her mother's care. She has

been trying unsuccessfully to sell her house for 5 years, even before we met.

Please examine her chart and advise on a remedy for her delayed marriage and

obstruction in the sale of her house.
