Dear As,

By the time Sanjayji takes time to analyse your chart let me give my

observations on this chart.

 

Venus in Scorpio is a combination which can give problems in private

parts. (Refer Hitler Analysis by Pt. Sanjay Rath in his books).

 

This chart has Venus in Scopio in Rashi and in D6 (Shashtamsa chart

for physical troubles). Mars the lord of scorpio is the atmakaaraka

and present in Scorpio Navamsha. So Karakamsha troubles is coming

(refe MJUS),

 

Though Moon is in 9th strong the Vimshottari dasha of Moon-Jupiter is

not indicating this trouble. Lagna is strong with with four planets in

kendra Sat,Rahu,Ketu and Venus.

This incident happened in End of Venus dasa in Ketu antardasa, Ketu is

co lord of Scopio with Venus in it.

 

 

Since Scorpio lord is Atmakaaraka I would recommend worship of Ishta

Devata and Shiva form for scorpio (Vaidyanatha Linga).

Dear AS,You should see a surgeon ASAP with the history you are providing. Sometimes its torsion of testicle especially if it was painful and was lying in the horizontal position. A simple procedure can help relieving it. Otherwise it can lead to gangrene or necrosis. A medicine or pain relever is not helpful in such cases.Another possibility is that you developed a hydrocele and needed a simple procedure for it. Medicine may have caused fibrosis. Orchitis is another possibility. I can't say much without actually observing the case, but you should have seen a surgeon for sure.
