Saturn is conjoined Rahu and this conbination in Scorpio is having exchange with Aquarius Mars. Hence the huge amount of troubles. These grahas are in Arudha Lagna causing it much damage.

The saving factor could be that the D4 lagna is Capricorn with Saturn lord in Aquarius. The Mahadasa lord is Saturn. By that dictum it should surely try to save D4 which can prevent formation of new state.Warm Regards,

Sir,

 

I am native of Hyderabad and a regular reader of vedic astro from past five years, as every one is aware of the political crises of Andhra Pradesh and the uncertainty from the death of chief minister in September to till today. The chart of AP formation given below clearly shows the in amicable dasa and antar dasa periods i.e. (Saturn the lord of 8th house depicts trouble, sun the antar dasa lord in debilitated position). And the transit position of Saturn with lagna lord and the debilitated mars in lagna (which is in 8th house in natal) causing instability in government. And in December when Jupiter enters Aquarius i.e. 6th house from natal moon & 8th from lagna the situation will be more in amicable for the state, which may lead for separation. One more thing is the differences between center and state government is due to the Sun dasa period of India and Saturn-sun dasa period of AP state.

Dear Sanjay P

I don't think that chart is correct. It is missing the most

important part of the *birth of Andhra State* and is focusing on the

expansion and so called rationalisation of the state

On the 1st of October, 1953, Andhra State came into existence.

It consisted of the districts of Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West

Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Nellore, Chittoor, Cuddapah, Anantapur and Kurnool,

and the taluks of Rayadurg, Adoni and Alur of the Bellary district. On the

question of Bellary taluk, it was included in the Mysore State on the

recommendation of L.S.Mishra Commission.

Therefore pleaase bear this date in mind in determining the

formation of the state.

Secondly, which place is to be taken as *birth chart*? New

Delhi, Madras or the new capital, which was perhaps not Hyderabad - check this

out. It maybe Kurnool.

Kurnool became the capital of the new State, under the terms of

the Sri Bagh Pact of 1937 between the leaders of the Coastal Andhra and

Rayalaseema. T.Prakasam became the first Chief Minister of the Andhra State and

C.M.Trivedi was appointed Governor of this new State. With the inauguration of

the Andhra State by Nehru, the forty year old dream of the Telugu people to

have a separate State of their own was partly fulfilled. They looked forward to

the formation of Visalandhra with Hyderabad City as the Capital.

Coastal AP and Rayalaseema are held together by this old Bagh

Pact of 1937.
