Birth Time : Lotus Birth (Umblical cord not being cut)

|| Om Gurave Namah ||Dear Jyotishas, I just came across the " Lotus Birth " procedure where the umbilical cord is not cut immediately after birth (it can take 2-3 days to fall of on its own). During the time the child is separated from mother. The baby, cord and placenta are treated as a single unit until detachment occurs. So separation from mother being the criteria is getting vague here. The cutting the cord is not needed to get separated from mother.
