The labour rooms in hospitals are called Prasuti Grihas or Prasuti Kakshyas. Jagatprasuti is a name of the Divine Mother, in this case in the form of Kamalatmika, wherein she is giving birth to the entire universe. The suffix of “yai” is the grammatical rendition of addressing her.
