Guest guest Posted January 23, 2010 Report Share Posted January 23, 2010 Hi Sarbani I'd just like to add that the suffix is of the fourth case added to nouns for which the word 'namaH' is used, eg nArAyaNAya namaH (namaH for/to nArAyaNa), gurave namaH (namaH for/to guru). jagatprasUti is a feminine word, hence 'jagatprasUtyai namaH'.
