Tulasi: Either or Both? - Champaka

Dear Sudhir,

As per Shiva Purana [RudraSamhita, Srishti Khanda]:

1. Chapter 11: Champaka (among others) is advised.

2. Chapter 14: Champaka (and Ketaki) is prohibited; Tulasi (among many others) is advised (shloka 36: ....all others except Champaka and Ketaki).

May be there is a chronology to it, not sure.
