Kindly let me know what does Vi-Lagna mean. I have seen this word in many texts.

 

Some of the authors said translated it as Where Rahu occupies and some says it is Vighati Lagna and some says it is Ghati Lagna.

 

Kindly let me know the correct meaning of this word.
