To Ramanarayanji : When to perform Tulabhara ?

Dear Ramanarayanji

Pranams.I am wonderstuck to find Tulabhara posting and your replies here when

the talk of Krishna - Gita diverted us from learning.

 

Sir, I am Very Sorry.

 

Can you please come back and give us explanation why should Atmakaraka mantra

for Mars be recited in this case. Everywhere we hear Ishtadevata or

phalanadevata needs to be invoked.
