Organizer of the IPL will be taking precaution against the terrorist. The

question is - will be there be terrorist attacks? The answer is clearly no.

There can be some minor incidents or even bomb discovery which need not come to

people's notice. On the whole the IPL matches will be conducted safely and

surely.
