Effects of Debilitated Retrograde Saturn in 15 Degrees of Mesha ?

I remember having heard in one of Atri Classes by Sanjay Ji that Saturn if in

middle degrees of Aries restores the lost kingdom of the native.

 

Could I please know the effects of debilitated retrograde Saturn at 15 degrees

Aries for Sagittarius Ascendant ? Its Saturn Main Period going on combined with

Sade Satti as Moon is in Virgo.

 

Any guidance will be much appreciated.

Could I be helped in understanding the significance of the middle degrees of

Mesha occupied by Saturn as Sanjay Ji has emphasized this result for Saturn

restoring native's lost kingdom only if Saturn is occupying the middle degrees

of Aries.

Thanks for the very informative reply. You have explained very nicely about the

effects of debilitation of Saturn with example of your debilitated Moon. Its

very nice.

 

Kindly help understand how will debilitated Saturn perform in its dasa if its

also retrograde.

 

Also, specifically, about Saturn debilitated in middle degrees of Aries as my

query pertains to one of the talk by Sanjay Ji where he says that Saturn in

middle degrees of Aries restores the lost kingdom of native. What could be the

reason for this ?
