 as far as in your case the moon in mula nakshtra in 3rd charna in dhanu rashi and mithuna amsha  moon remain unsure and troubled here he is not able to decide how to work out with this new energy this make  person indecisive .. more over chander  with venus (venus P.ASdha nakshtra dhanu rashi and scorpio amsha)  in 5th  house can be overtly sexual and possessive relationship which can  be difficult for them it can stop the soul to understand the path of spirituality.....
