One mantra will be a long version which must be said sitting correctly while the second one will be short and may be said while you are walking or moving about. Long: Om Klim Krsnaya Govinddaya Gopijana Vallabhaya Swaha. Short: Klim Krsnaya Namah. Don’t give up…..remind yourself, even though this is a very very bad time, that you still have many opportunities to learn and to serve others. Shifting your focus even slightly toward a willingness to learn and serve will help you considerably. May you have the inner strength to endure this period with an open heart.
