I wouldnt necessarally say this Venus is capable of deciding your career and fortune, and money making ability. Really you need to look at all influences in your chart to determine. For work- Do you have any planet in your 10th houses? What about 2nd , 6th and 11th? Where have the lords of those houses gone? For Leo rising people Jupiter and Mars are important planets, so really you need to check on many placements to make a determination. Keep in mind. Someone may be good at something but not make money from it. There are a variety of sources of income, it might not come from work alone. Best is if someone has a talent and the karma(good fortune) to make money at something they love to do. People have hobbies that make them happy but it isnt their primary source of income.
