I think the point is missed out. Planets in 7th from AL will block the person's progress and it has to be overcome. What are the methods?

Ma is a tamasik planet which is known for fighting/bullying. Might is right (my way or highway) kind of attitude. Who has the power to control that attitude? It is Lord Shiva.

 

If it is your anger(because Ma is your AK) try to control it by prayers to Shiva.

 

 

That is one aspect. You may encounter issues because of this during Ma dasha or AD. However for over all +ve or -ve effects you need to see the chart as a whole. nothing works in isolation.
