Hello Priyaji,

My name is Jagdish, and I live in USA. I have bought three different

pieces of land one by one. I am having hard time to use these land

pieces. I will tell you the history of purchase in short.

A) The first piece of land I bought was 1.4 acres with a partner named

Sandip and I purchased it on Feb 28, 2006. I was supposed to build a

store selling petrol and groceries. The city was making the road in

front of the land to a 4 lane road, so it required a big chunk of my

land. That gave me a big shortage of land to build what I wanted. So I

purchased 4.13 acres of the land right behind this property, on Jan 16,

2007.

It took 3 years and lots of difficulty, and finally I have got an

approval from the City Government, so I now can build a store there. I

am requesting you to give me some remedies to purify this two pieces of

land, where I can buid a business for good income.

B) I bought another piece of land on April 19, 2007 which is 2.5 acres

and with Sandip as my partner and one more.

C) Then I bought another 25 acres with Sandip and two more partners in

July 6, 2007.

Most of the funds came from my father who lives in INDIA, and also

from my friends from whom I borrowed money.

So in the past few years, I have had no real earnings, and I have lost

lots of money, and my fathers money and my friends money is stuck in

these lands.

I want to keep land A and sell lands B and C. Right now, I cant pay

any mortgage for any of these lands. Please help me.
