Mantra Recitation During Inauspicious Days of a Woman

A small question to ask - If some woman is reciting only Mantra

(suppose for Ganesh Ji), no worshipping idol and no fsting, can she

recite in her inauspicious days also?

[My thinking is that she can recite Mantra even with Maalaa]

 

And if she is doing idol worship, then can she worship the idol during

those days?

[My thinking is that she is prohibited to do idol worship, or going to

temple during those days]

 

Please, could you confirm this?
