He has been trying to get transfer to the US in his current job. But he has been unsuccessful so far. Shall he pursue his goal in his current job further? Also he is looking for other ventures like getting H1B visa for going to the US but his efforts so far have not yielded any thing. 2. He is interested in either starting his own business (in long run) or getting in to some management position of executive level. His current inclination is in getting in to an executive position (for now). For this he has two options - a. Change the job to a company which provides with an executive position.. b. Prepare for doing an executive MBA from a reputed institute such as IIM Ahmedabad or IIM Bangalore.. Appear for entrance at near the end of this year and try to secure admission for the batch of 2010-2011. If he got admission he will have to leave the current job and pay a huge fee for the course. At the end of course he can expect to get an executive position in some company. 3. He is not intrested to purchase flat in Banglore,when it will be possible.
