[ 2 ] For Mars, you can recite its stotra. You can get the Mars stotra in the files. [ 3 ] In case you do not get rain water, then you can use clean river water till such time you get rain water again. [ 4 ] For Rahu you have to keep it anywhere in your bedroom, where as for the moon it should be kept in the North East any where in your house.
