Guest guest Posted March 23, 2009 Report Share Posted March 23, 2009 Respected Priyaji, I am noticing a lot of back-stabbing and sudden lack of respect at my work-place. This has been going for the last 2-3 months but is getting uncontrollable now and work atmosphere has become hostile. This is being primarily caused by women. I feel defenseless and cornered and don't know how to handle this. I am very transparent unlike the others I work with. Please suggest some remedy.
