[ 2 ] His mercury is placed in the 11th house where the mercury will behave on the commands of the saturn. Since his saturn is placed in the 8th house, it is quite possible that the trouble of the nose could be due to mercury resulting in breathing problem [ jupiter affected ; 11th house jointly owned by jupiter] [ 3 ] The best thing for him to do till he gets an operation done will be to clean his nose with Fitkari water [ alum water ]. He should suck a little Fitkari water into his nose and then clean the nose with that. He should do it at least twice a day. I hope it should make a difference. [ 4 ] The time for surgery should be based on medical advice and not on astrological advice. However when ever he goes for surgery he should keep at home a glass bottle filled with barley [ jau ] and water. After the successful surgery the water and the Jau be immersed in a river.
