Dear Jain saheb,

 

I am suggesting his 59th year Varsh Phal upaya. These upaya will be effective

only if they are done according to the rules of doing remedies given in the

files. Therefore go to the file section and read the rules of doing remedies

before the upaya are done.

 

[ 1 ] keep in the west corner of his house a small earthen pot filled with sabut

moong.

[ 2 ] Apply tilak of haldi/ kesar paste between his eye brows every day.

[ 3 ] Bury deep in the mud under the water , in a river or pond , a little

mustard oil filled in an earthen pot. Cement the lid so that the oil doesn’t

spill out into the water. Bury the pot at such a place where it stays under

water the whole year round. Do not bring back home the digging tool.

[ 4 ] He should not buy any item of leather, like shoes, purse etc this year. He

should also take care that he doesn't lose any leather item either.

 

Upaya for him to sell his plot :

 

[ 1 ] He should take 4 kaudis. Go to the roof { highest roof } of the house.

Throw a kaudi in each of the four directions. Throw the kaudis as far away as

possible.

 

[ 2 ] After a few days of having the done the upaya # 1 , he should get 86

whole almonds { with shell). Take two almonds to the temple after taking bath

in the morning. Keep both the almonds in front of Shivling or Shiva Ji. Offer

your prayer. Bring one of the two almonds back to his house and keep this

separate and safe tied in a yellow cloth. He should do this for 43 days.

 

After 43 days he should immerse (Jal Prawah) in a river these 43 almonds which

he had brought back from the temple.

 

Even if he manages to sell your property before 43 days , he should not stop

going to temple and offer almonds. He should complete the Upaya .
