Panditji Namaskar,

 

We require your piece of advice and valuable suggestion.

 

Panditji, we 6 of us had purchased a flat in Bangalore two years back from a

Developer and had occupied the possession inspite it was not 100% complete as

the builder compelled us to do so.

 

We had paid the builder 100% money. After recieving the money, he refused to

complete the pending work and thus to complete pending work, he demanded extra

money. However we refused, because we had paid what we had agreed for. The

quality used in the building is of low standard and it is not at all a money's

worth.

 

However after lot of persual he did not listen, thus we filed a consumer case

against him in District court in Bangalore. he influenced the judgement because

of his contacts. We have challenged the decision and have approached it to The

State Forum to get justice. Panditji, he is using influence to suppresess us

from getting justice.

 

Please tell us what needs to be done to get justice and protected from cheats.

Can any individual perform any remedy on behalf of remedy to get success in the

case for all of us and get justice.
