Guest guest
Dear Shivani, On any thursday after sun set and before it gets dark, you should immerse in a river / lake either Jau [ barley ] or wood charcoal [ kachcha koyala ] equal to one-tenth of your weight every month for 10 months regularly. Before immersing the Jau / kachcha koyala you should keep it under your bed for the night. Sincerely, Priya , " shandalshivani " <shandalshivani wrote: > > Respected Priya Ji, > > I feel a little bit silly asking you this, but is there an upaya to help one lose weight? I have been overweight for a while now, and no matter how much I try to exercise and eat right nothing works. There is always a bloated feeling in my stomach. Doctors have told me that my fat percentage is too high and I need to do something about this now otherwise it could cause more serious health problems later. I heard that the Lal Kitab has upaya's for everything, and so I thought I would take your advice on this. I'm sorry if i have wasted your time. > > my info: > December 25, 1979 - 10:04am > Toronto, Canada >
Guest guest
Dear Priya Ji, When you say jau (barley) do you mean the type that you cook with? Also where would one find wood charcoal? Should I keep ALL of the wood charcoal (all 15 pounds of it) under my bed or just some of it? Also, when you say every month, does it have to be the same Thursday of every month (meaning first or second thursday of the month?) Lastly, can it be in any running water, even a small creek of some sort, or does it have to be an actual river or lake? Thanks, Shivani , " " < wrote: > > Dear Shivani, > > On any thursday after sun set and before it gets dark, you should immerse in a river / lake either Jau [ barley ] or wood charcoal [ kachcha koyala ] equal to one-tenth of your weight every month for 10 months regularly. > Before immersing the Jau / kachcha koyala you should keep it under your bed for the night. > > Sincerely, > > Priya > > > > > , " shandalshivani " <shandalshivani@> wrote: > > > > Respected Priya Ji, > > > > I feel a little bit silly asking you this, but is there an upaya to help one lose weight?
