Panditji, two years back, me and my brother had purchased an apartment from a known builder after making the necessary payments. The builder after reciving the entire payment refused to complete the pending work and thus forced us to shell out more money. This is the same problem faced by other 6 flat owners. However, we have occupied our possession and had filed a complaint before the consumer forum. The builder is of a political background man and is having an upper hand in every department. The complaint against the builder was dismissed by the District court, thus forcing us to approach before the state forum for justice. kindly advice what needs to be done before the court case. (Remedies) Panditji, we have had enough problems, thus me and my brother decided to sell the property . We are not getting a good price and no buyer is materialising, please advice (Remedies).
