Dear Ruchiqa,

 

For the child's stomach problem:

 

[1] Take a little Saunf and boil it well in water. make the child drink that

water a couple of times each day.

[2] make the child eat a little honey first thing in the morning.

 

These are uapay and not medicines.

 

I am not aware of any upaya which could help your mother with electricity bills.
