Varshphal upayas

Respected Priyaji,

 

Pranam. I need your blessings again.

 

1. Kindly provide me my varshphal upayas as my birthday is approaching near

(DOB-6th July 1980; TOB- 8:00 p.m./20:00; Rajpura, Punjab)

 

2. Also, because of the global recession, there have been a lot of layoffs in my

company, which I survived by God's grace. Please suggest some remedies to

safeguard myself from the same in future too.

 

3. Me and my husband are planning to take a joint loan to buy our own house, but

have deferred the decision because we fear if one of us loses our job, it will

be difficult to repay the loan amount. Should we buy the house this year or wait

for some time? Is it okay to buy the house as a co-ownership?
