My husband and his brother both had a fight on money matter.My father-in-law's

property was sold after his death and the money was given to my mother in law

and some money my husband kept for himself as my father-in-law had given to my

husband. major share of money was taken by mother-in-law for which she is not

ready to part with anyone.my mother-in-law told my husband to share his part of

money with his brother for which my husband refused as we are in debts. with the

help of gundas at the point of knife my husband's brother taken a cheque of

Rs.15 lacs and cash of Rs.1 lac from bank (for which we have video recording

entering in the bank with four gundas and we had gone to police station but they

didn't file FIR and refused to do any investigation. his brother also beat my

husband with chappals with the help of gundas)from my husband and he deposited a

cheque which got bounced and his brother filed a case against my husband in the

court. legal battle is going on. none of his family members are in touch with my

husband as my mother in law told everyone that my husband has cheated her.

 

i want to end with this legal battle as we do not have even money to give to

lawyer. i am also scared that if my brother-in-law will lose legal battle then

he might harm my husband.

 

can you please suggest upayas to come out of this situation.
