If that doesn't work out, then he should offer water to the Sun god as often as he can. [ 2 ] Your jupiter is badly placed. This does not support your teaching efforts. Therefore: [a] offer a haldi ganth at any temple for 9 days regularly. Recite the Stotra for jupiter 108 times every day. Get it from the files. [ 3 ] Yes, jupiter is not only weak it is placed in the 6th house, a bad house to be in. Reciting stotra will be sufficient.
