All this seems a result of office politics going with me. My manager never appreciate for my good works and always try to find my faults. If found any then publicly expose and try to show that I does not work properly.This is making a hostile environment for me. Seeing this environment, I tried to switch over the job but didn't get any interview call for an appropriate job.
