As one of my counterpart in my office(Experiencewise he is senior to me but our designation is same now)is creating problems for me.He is a very clevar person and always tries to dominate me.He always tries to show that he is always right and others are wrong,only he is doing hard work and others are just enjoying and wasting time.He is having good relations with senior authorities.It may be possible he may harm me for his personal gains.
