Guest guest Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 I am going through very tough times. I need help. My husband is very abusive, and I and my son had to leave him. There are several court cases pending between him and me the last several months. These cases are emotionally and financially draining me. I dont have a job. I want remedy to end these court cases and get divorce and maintenence from my husband for my child and me as per my husband's earning capacity. Please suggest remedies.
