I need help as I am going through very tough times. My husband is very abusive.

I and my son have left our home because of my husband's cruelties.

 

Now there are many court cases pending between me and my husband the past

several months. This legal battle is financially and emotionally draining me . I

want remedy to end all court cases, get divorce and get maintenence for myself

and my son as per the earning capacity of my husband.

 

Please suggest suitable remedy

 

Husband 14 January, 1967, 5:20 pm, Delhi

Wife 24 January 1970, 6:40 am, Delhi
