I was facing a hard time in office since last 1 year. My boss never appreciate

for my good works and always tried to find my faults.If found any then publicly

expose and try to show that I didn't work properly.

 

This was making a hostile environment for me. Seeing this environment, I tried

to switch over the job but didn't get any interview call for an appropriate

job.Now he gave me temperory lay off . I was working as a draftperson there.

 

Is insurance ( finiance )or real estate business is good for me.

First I want to do insurance business part time.

Pleaseeee suggest some remedies so that I can get an appropriate job call, or

my current job environment can be improved.
