Get those upaya done. From the group files get the Garbha Raksha Stotra. She should recite this stotra according to the instaructions given there. In both of the documents you quote that these are general upayas. Since your wife has already conceived twice, there is no need to do any upaya for that. In your case the problem is of protecting the foetus so that there is no miscarriage [ abortion].
