Dear rajeev,

 

[a] If you are applying Kesar tilak then you need not apply tilak of haldi

paste.

Sabut urad can be immersed in a river on any day. No mantra needed.

[c] To build confidence you should:

[1]keep with you some thing that your father had used, like his watch or his

ring or his chain etc.

[2] Recite the beej mantra for Jupiter 108 times every day. Get the beej mantra

from the group files.

For mental peace :

[1] Throw into a school compound a few grains of rice for 7 days regularly. You

can throw the rice from out side of the boundary.

[2] The water you are already keeping in a copper lota, do not drink that water.

Throw that water into a flower pot etc. Do not throw that water into a drain.

The upaya you are doing:

[a] raat ko tambe ke lote mein rakha paani NA peeyen.

Peetal ke bartan mein chandi ke chaukor ka upaya sahi hai.
