The indications of your going abroad are there, but you have to make efforts on your own. I am not aware of any upaya which could help you in these efforts. However, you can: Worship Lord Hanuman every day and recite the stotra of Mars as many times a day as you can. Mars is the planet which will provide you this opportunity to go abroad.
