Yesterday we discovered that there was a lizard ( garden lizard which looks like a snake with its tongue coming out - not the chameleon) on the top shelf ( located 8 ft above the ground) of our kitchen. We struggled to get it down and was promptly driven out without hurting it. We do not know how it got to the top without anyone noticing it. This animal cannot even climb one feet.Maybe it would have gone with any of the items which was kept new on the kitchen shelf (we suspect a mat). My wife was hearing some noise for the last one week and yesterday we found this out. Please let me know if it has any significance. I am sorry to bother you with this query right after my bat query.
