I am suggesting a few upaya which might help. [a] Offer at any temple a few grains of black & white Til [sesame seeds] for 7 days regularly. Now and then feed stray dogs. [c] Place a few Neem leaves [towards your shoulder] under the bed sheet of the bed you sleep in. You can change the leaves as and when you want. [d] Eat a little honey first thing in the morning. This is an upaya and not a medicine. [e] Gift to your brother 6 mt cloth which has a bt of green colour in it. Or you can gift him clothes with green in it.
