Dear Dipti,

 

[1] You can gift the cloth to either of your brothers. I know they will have no

use for a plain piece of cloth, therefore you can gift them clothes.

[2] It is primarily mars in the 6th and the Ketu in the 8th.

[3] Yes, Til and stray dogs upaya is for ketu

[4]Neem leaves and honey is for mars.

[5]Mars is placed in the 6th house [ mercury lord in Kalpurush kundali].

Therefore gifting 6 mts [ 6th house] green [mercury] cloth [mercury] to a

brother [mars] is to appease it.
