Would appreciate if you could help my mother and give your valuable advice on a problem arising regarding my father's ancestral property.By your grace and valuable upayas which my mother performed, my father's brothers have finally decided to sell their ancestral property and divide the money and give my parents their share as well. We have always wanted this and are happy if things materialise. However, my mother is having a lot of problems getting the paper work done. As the property is in Indore and my father doesnt live with my mom, my mother is taking the power of attorney from my father and getting this done.Could you please suggest some upaya so that the deal goes through smoothly and the brothers do not cheat my parents so that she and my father get their share without getting cheated. Mother details- dob- 17th nov 1951, Time- 3:30p.m. Place- Ludhiana. Father details- dob- 7th October 1950, Time- 11:30p.m. Place- Amargarh, Dist - Zhabua, Madhya Pradesh.
